Drift Wave - Ableton Live & Move Preset Pack

A preset pack for Ableton Live 11.3.2 (or newer) and Ableton Move*, containing more than 50 presets made with the Drift synth.

These are your bread and butter, super useful synth sounds, from fat and punchy basses to lush pads and brasses, to leads that cut through the mix.

These work for pretty much any style of music, especially West Coast beats, synth-hop, electro funk, etc.

Presets work with every edition of Ableton Live 11 (or newer), from the free Lite edition, to Ableton Live Suite.

* Please note that a few of the presets from the Live version are not available in Move format and a few presets sound slightly different on Move, due to some devices and features being unavailable on Move. But 90% of them are the same.

Installation for Ableton Live:

Just copy the “Drift Wave by Low Heat” folder to your User Library or to a folder that's added to "Places" in the browser and it's ready to drag and drop to your projects.

You can add the folder to “Places” by clicking “Add Folder” on the bottom of Live’s browser.

If you copy the preset folder to your User Library it will appear alongside the stock Drift presets in the Instruments category in Live’s browser. You can differentiate them from the stock sounds by the prefix “LH”.

Installation for Ableton Move:

1. Make sure Move is powered on and connected to your Wi-Fi network.
2. Go to move.local in your web browser to access the Move Manager.
3. Enter the code that's displayed on Move's screen.
4. Go to presets.
5. Drag and drop the Drift Wave by Low Heat (Ableton Move Pack) folder onto the browser window.
6. The presets can then be found in the User Presets folder when browsing on Move.
